TREATMENT MENU

Sports Massage | 45 min | £65

Assists in correcting problems & imbalances in the body's soft tissues that are specifically caused by repetitive & strenuous physical activities.  Sports massage treatments are more specialised than other general massage techniques, the areas treated depend on the sports undertaken & aim of the treatment depends on where you are in your sporting calendar cycle i.e. whether the treatment is pre-event preparation, post-event recovery or just general performance enhancing maintenance.

Holistic Facial | 45 min | £65

Ground yourself with a customised therapeutic vegan facial. Botanical products will repair, restore & renew your natural radiance, promoting cell renewal & help sustain a youthful look.

Swedish Massage | 45 min | £65

The classic bodywork massage. Firmer than a beauty massage, Swedish massage also works the soft tissues underneath the skin to provide a more complete treatment. Promoting relaxation, restoring suppleness & flexibility, stimulating circulation & encouraging tissue repair. Swedish massage is proven to promote health, well-being & relaxation.

Aromatherapy | 45 min | £65

Aiming to treat your whole being by helping to restore the harmony of mind, body & spirit. Aromatherapy works with the pure properties of plants, using their essential oils in a natural complementary therapy proven to improve both physical & emotional wellbeing.

Deep Tissue | 45 min | £65

Reflexology | 45 min | £65

Helps to relieve anxiety & tension, encourage relaxation, improve mood & aid sleep, though some people use it to help them cope with more specific health issues. Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops, & sides of the feet correspond to different areas of the body. In this way, the feet can be seen as a ‘map’ of the body. The aim of a reflexology treatment is to help restore balance to the body naturally, & improve the client’s general well-being.

Indian Head Massage | 45 min | £65

Specifically focusing on the head, scalp. face, neck, shoulders & upper back, this treatment can be tailored to be purely relaxing or fabulously energising. Working on the upper body it's perfect for relieving stress headaches & tension in the neck & shoulders. The session includes an optional hair oil treatment to improve hair condition, adding shine & strength.

Detox/Lymph Drainage | 60 min | £75

Designed to maximise the removals of toxins from your soft tissues while providing an experience of full relaxation. Dry skin brushing initially exfoliates whilst improving your circulation. Gentle massage then stimulates your lymphatic system & maximises the elimination of built up toxins.
