POLICY INFORMATION
DAMAGE DEPOSIT :
We charge a damage deposit of €150 which is returned within 2 days after departure (assuming there is no serious damage).

SMOKING :
All of our caves have a no smoking policy. There are designated smoking areas outside. If it is found that you have been smoking inside the caves or whilst in the jacuzzis €50 of your Damage Deposit will be held back to cover the cost of specialised cleaning and potential damage.
MINIMUM STAY :
There is a 3 night minimum stay during the High Season, and a 2 night minimum stay during the Low Season (see season dates above).

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT :
Payment is due on booking and the Damage Deposit is due the day before arrival.
RATE INCLUDES :
Accommodation, bedlinen & towels, wifi, use of spa jacuzzi (Cueva del Granado), use of private BBQ area, use of shared swimming pool area

TAX :
Government tax included.
CHILDREN & COTS :
Children of all ages are welcome. Cots (suitable for 0 - 3 year olds) are available but limited, please book beforehand.

PETS :
Pets of all sizes are welcome but must be kept off the furniture and beds at all times. Any damage caused by your pet or special cleaning needed because of your pet will be deducted from your Damage Deposit. Please advise us on booking if your pet will be joining you so that we can supply pet towels.
