CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCESS

Arrival and departure processes are carried out remotely through the use of key safes at each cave. This process is quick, safe, and, as always, in accordance with the advice issued by Spanish authorities.

Guests are sent comprehensive directions to their cave via email before they arrive. This helps to ensure minimal/no person contact.

CLEANING SERVICE

To guantee comfort and safety for all guests, each cave is thoroughly cleaned with every  new arrival, using appropriate detergents and disinfectants. Furthermore, the caves are sufficiently ventilated for at least 2 hours between departure and arrival. Each cave has antiseptic hand gel as well as disposable masks available.
